Description

In this position, you will be responsible for transfer pricing documentation, compliance, APAs and audit defense for the Transfer Pricing Group (TPG) within Global Tax and Trade (GTT) and manages a team of four people.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for all transfer pricing matters related to Intel's Sales and Marketing Group, distribution of finished goods, global services and IP ownership
- Researching existing and proposed US and foreign transfer pricing laws and applying them to Intel's related party transactions, with particular focus on tax jurisdictions and transactions identified as high priority based on TPG's priority matrix
- Completing and/or managing the completion of market, functional, financial and economic and/or valuation analyses
- Reviewing and analyzing intercompany financial results and executing any necessary adjustments
- Providing leadership, project management and technical expertise to Intel's pursuits of APAs to any engagements with competent authorities, to any audit defense activity and to controversy management
- Completing and/or managing the completion and continuous maintenance of comprehensive audit ready documentation files and transfer pricing studies, in compliance with US and foreign regulatory requirements
- Managing all of Intel's intercompany contracts, including drafting, implementing, maintaining and storing
- Responsible to become a senior reviewer for documentation prepared by others within TPG
- Supporting GTT's Merger and Acquisition (M&A) group to analyze transfer price implications of proposed transactions
 
Qualifications
You should possess a Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Economics or a Master's degree in Business, Accounting or Tax. Additional qualifications include:
- Advanced technical knowledge and extensive experience in the area of transfer pricing practices and transfer pricing law on a global basis
- More than nine years of experience in transfer pricing in corporate, big four or law firm
- Working experience in audit defense and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
- Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence corporate business units, corporate support groups and Global Tax and Trade (GTT) management
- Performance management, project management, influencing, partnering and organizational development skills
- Knowledge of Intel's business operations and industry would be an added advantage
