I am in the US

I'm looking for help in regards to "best practices" and "cultural ways" of the Taiwanese culture in terms of recruitment. I am specifically looking for engineers (process and integration in the semiconductor industry).

-Do they use job boards? Have you posted and have you found them to be successful?
-Culturally, do they function like any other culture in terms of looking for a new job?
-And anything else you think might be helpful.
