I am looking for Canadian immigration information. I am from Louisiana and would like to move to Toronto or Montreal once I major in communications. I would like to know what are my chances of succeeding there and what documents do I need to move there? Is there like an immigration status or do I need a visa? Who shall I contact for this kind of information?
Thanks for reading.###

Hi,

Your chances of succeeding in Canada are equal to the chances of every other immigrant. Your advantage is that you already speak English. It would be good if you also spoke French as the latter may be even more encountered in there. Especially if you want to work in communications.
As far as I know, there are a lot of jobs available for immigrants so all you need is a work permit. Here's some useful info:

Good luck!
