We require an online order form to be coded up for us. The results will simply come to us via email we specifiy.

Ideally i would like to make a multipage form - which can have multiple variables in it. We offer many different services and it would be great for a user to be able to order multiple services in one go - rather than completing different forms, they can simply tick a box for "Line + Tolls" & then another box for "Broadband".
