Hello all. Some of you may remember me as Shikhir A from SaroraHost.com, and some may have hired me. (Pc-Core, Peartree UK, etc.)

However..I 'quit' my web hosting business due to lack of time. I have decided to start up again, however I'll need some help.

My company is NOT realeased yet. We haven't done anything in terms of set up too much either. This is a Pre-Opening position and you will be placed on our list of reviewals and then potentially accepted to work when we open within the next week, or this one.

As this is a new company, and with a year+ of experience on my other companies (which had about 10 clients xD)...there was only an average of 1-2 support tickets/2 days..and maybe 2 chats a day unless there was a sale. That's nothing, to be honest, you can be browsing eBay for all we know, you just have to be active, know what you're doing, and be PREPARED during your times of online shifts.



I have three shifts. I don't care if its a person(s) that does this job, or a company. If it is a company I ask that you a) Speak good English! b) Follow directions that will be sent to you in a special Company Guidelines.doc file.

If you are a person you may want to consider a team of people, unless I get three or two different person(s).

These are the shifts:


Day Shift: 9AM EST-3PM EST (Day shift: Person needed 1)

Night Shift: 10PM EST-9AM EST (Longest shift but least traffic. People from other countries are allowed but must speak GOOD english and have some customers. Sorry 1 person teams that are new to the industry, I need experienced offshore/in USA people. But people in USA may not like these times, it is a long shift but again there are usually 1 chat at the night and 0 tickets, sometimes 1 or two.)

Person needed: 1

Midday Shift: 3PM-10PM EST (Staff will be covered here in this point, no persons needed at the moment.)


THE SHIFTS ABOVE ARE FULL, 7 DAY A WEEK JOBS.

The shift below is a sales job. M-F 10AM-5PM EST.


Sales Shift: Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM EST (Looking for 1 person at the minute. This is a non comission job unless you bring in lots of clients, it's a good thing for you. If you do bring in clients alot we will ofcourse comissionize your payment for you.)

Requirements again:

To be ONLINE on the appropriate times, and not idle.
To know at least a Level II management, it would be great if you can keep a Level III skill at handy, because these come once rarley.
Sales: You must know web hosting startup questions, and information about our packet. Easy salary, won't get too many chats. In charge of all tickets marked to sales, and all chats in sales dpt. Must be online M-F 10AM-5PM EST.
REMEMBER: We are just starting up. 0 clients. And we probably won't get some fast. The first month will go fast with 0-5 clients, maybe less. So it is actually a low, non-stressful job.
Payment: Not much at the minute. About $25/person a month. WOW 25?!?!? That's nothing. Well, please don't apply if it is not enough.

Again this is easy, just be online, and do whatever. Check tickets..lets say 30 minutes? Or use thunderbird to warn you of incoming tickets. Play your favorite online game or even Guitar Hero! Just chill at this job and wait till you get a request, then get "serious".

3 persons total needed. 2 support 1 sales.
