As a twenty year old student majoring in Computer Science Engineering, with an avid interest for technology, I'm currently looking to gain foothold experience in the web hosting industry with part-time to freelance work.

While not having any full background in industry specific environments, I've had experience in connection. As such, I'm currently looking for possible Level One Technical Support, Billing Administration, Assistant Management, or Human Resources.

Billing Administration - ClientExec panel. Limited WHMCS panel.
Control Panels - cPanel. Limited DirectAdmin.
Human Resources - Candidate sourcing. Initial candidate screening. Employee training/orientation/firing procedures. Developmental infrastructure.
Technical Support - Familiarity with panel ticketing. General troubleshooting of host based issues.
Management - Understanding of compliant business etiquette and client relationships.
