I paid $30 for website called completevb.com to buy vBulletin style called FunkyFresh but they sent email with link did not work from first click (may due to ad blocker) but the same link did not work again, I check the mail says if you could not download the style file email us and we'll help or so .. I sent then a message but got no reply for the first day then another message with the same zero respond results, I went to their support forum and write a message there asking for the purchased file but also no body reply.
It seems like a dead website but the payment function still alive
I've paid with my paypal account using cc, Any one can help me to reach any member of that site or how to refund my money ? Please advice.
Second case is worse, I found an offer with good price for X3220 box in burst.net DC from exiastudios.com here in WHT dedicated server advertising section so I asked for that offer and the OP reply nice then I contact them by email and they reply to all my questions and give me some more discount about $30/m if I pay 2 months and get 1 free month.
I could not refuse this offer because the best price I found before was $130/m so I went ahead to close the deal, Paid $300 by paypal money transfer to email
payments@exia.co.uk and they accept the payment very fast in 4 minutes.
During the presale conversation they promise to deliver the server within 24~72 hours max but they did not done that, I sent them an email asking for my new server they says "We have requested a status update" then next message after 12 hours "We are still awaiting a reply from Burst, we are sorry for this delay. We will contact them again" and that was in 18th of this month Oct, 2008 before 6 days from now and 11 days from payment.
Please advice what can I do to get my $300 back ?
