I am in need of someone to create a custom phpbb plugin for me.

The jist of the plugin is:

A new page needs to be created that will hold some javascript code that calls a player for live steaming.

A section in the admin panel that allows for the plugin to be activated, deactivated.

As well as the page to show the users currently viewing the page.
