All applicants must be over 18 years of age, and have had at least 1.5 or more years experience with support related task dealing with CPanel/WHM (Basic Reseller WHM) (other web hosting related content).

Other Requirements:

-Resume (list of experiences)
-Able to speak/write professionally (correct grammar usage as well).
-Experience with ClientExec (NewEdge) is a plus (not required).

Support Ticket Representative

Job Duties:

* Answering and solving support tickets
* Troubleshooting level 1 issues


Compensation:

* Payout through web hosting disk space (special hosting plan).
* $5.00 per month payout through PayPal
* Commission on any web hosting plan sales generated whilst working on the support team

Support Representative Hosting Plan Specifications:

Special Plan
- 5,000 MB Disk Space
- 45,000 MB of Bandwidth
- Unlimited Email Addresses
- CPanel Fantastico

Number of tickets Expected to be answered per month:

1-10 Tickets (Difficulty may vary per ticket. If the support representative does not receive 10 tickets in a given month, we will either find another small task for he/she to complete, or simply disregard it)

Available shifts:

Mon-Fri (12:00am-8:00am)
Mon-Fri (8:00am-4:00pm)
Mon-Fri (4:00pm-11:00pm)
Sat-Sun (12:00am-7:00am)
Sat-Sun (8:00am-4:00pm)
Sat-Sun (4:00pm-12:00pm)

- It is not required for you to be constantly logged in during your shift, however, you should have constant access to your email/internet to assist someone when a ticket does arrive.

Ending Notes:

- This position is fairly simple, and in many cases, you may not receive 10 tickets to even answer in a given month. However, the position may be an easy task for most, but we expect all employees to be online available to professionally assist clients during their shift or early termination will be a result. Note to those wondering if HastyHost hires all it's technical/support needs through this fashion, we do not. Advance positions are hourly/monthly paid by well experienced individuals. This level 1 support representative position is simply another way of giving other skilled CPanel/WHM DP members an opportunity to be apart of something magnificent.
