Hello all,

My name is Matt and I own HostPhenom, http://www.HostPhenom.com (note. the site isn't finished but will be in the next week, or two). I am looking for several staff members I will list below.

Let me provide a brief history for those unfamiliar with the company (which most likely will be most). The idea of opening the hosting company came in Dec. of 2007, it's a fairly new idea. I purchased 2 seperate dedicated servers both are powerful. 1 of the servers is for shells, I call this server my "high risk" server as IRC shells are definitely high risk. It is located in Lansing, Michigan. The shells we provide are mainly for IRC unless custom shells are requested. The 2nd server is located in Scranton, PA. The datacenter it is in does not allow IRC so I consider this server my "low risk" server. Actually since purchased the uptime is 100%. The high risk server also has an uptime of 100% so we are off to a good start I would say.

We had a site made for us but it wasn't satisfying as it was very hard for me to work with. I couldn't add or remove content. So I took it down and began work on a site myself and it is coming shortly. Since I haven't had a site up I haven't done any advertising but it's going to be up soon so I plan to start the advertising campaign probably same day site's finished.

HostPhenom is going to be great. The site may not be as fancy as others but I want to provide a level of support to clients that you rarely find when you order from that small company you stumbled across.

So basically, we opened for Sales in mid January and it's been a rough few months as my full time job has been paying and until I get the bank loan I have been trying for it will continue to be rough. From what I hear it's the same in any industry, so I am not worried at all.

I have 1 staff member who's availability is near nothing. He's a great guy well knowledged, I plan to keep him but I want the support to be at a high level.

DirectAdmin is the control panel ran on both servers. So it would be great if the applicant is familiar with that software. I use WHMCS for the sales/billing/support (I plan to handle billing unless for some reason we can't an overwelming amount of sales) so Support is what I am looking for:

1. Support Associates - I need support agents that can be available to reply to tickets (support and pre-sale) within an hour in which they are received. I am in America and can provide support during my business hours 8AM-4PM EST so mainly I am searching for people located in Europe, or Asia in different time zones (bi-linqual would be great, english is a necessity) who will be available in times that I am not. Pay is negotiable, we will also provide training.

2. Sales Associates - I am looking for Associates that will browse forums, like WHT, and make offers for services, and reply to requests for services. This also includes (when available) helping the support team respond to pre-sale tickets submitted by potential clients within an hour of submission. This position is mainly commission based, unless you can convince me otherwise. 15% of each sale will go to you, and this will be recurring.

3. WHMCS Knowledgebase - I am looking for someone to come familiar with each service we provide and the software the customer will be using and fill the WHMCS knowledgebase. Pay negotiable

Let me note to anyone interested in either of these positions that customer service is our #1 priority. We will have on the site a live sales/support chat room (java). Located via IRC @ irc.HostPhenom.info dns for irc.HostPhenom.com also works so I prefer the Support staff to know how to use an IRC client as I expect most clients/pontentials will be mainly using this as there first option when looking for support.

No need to reply to this thread, and please do not PM me here chances are I will not check. You can contact me via msn @ sales@hostphenom.com | via AIM @ HstPhenom or by sending me an e-Mail to matt@HostPhenom.com.

Regards.
Matt
