Jupide Networks is a privately owned Information Technology company based in Gulf Shores, Alabama, specializing in web-hosting/design, off-site and on-site technical support, technical training and IT implementation.
About the Position(s):
Due to recent growth and expansion Jupide is seeking sales consultants (inside and outside). Positions are both onsite and remote.
Responsibilities include-
Assisting new and existing customers in the selection and purchase of products and services.
Effectively communicating service and product information to each customer.
Proactively following up with customers after the sale to guarantee satisfaction.
Effectively answering basic customer service questions and pursuing outbound communications for follow-up and prospecting opportunities.
Closing sales by aggressively seeking and maximizing interactions and opportunities.
Effectively upselling and cross-selling services and products by identifying and addressing customer needs.
Exceeding sales goals and achieving balanced sales metrics.
(Some cold calling/eMailing may be required)
Employment Requirements-
Enthusiasm and passion toward new technology.
Customer Service experience a must
Adaptability, innovation and motivation.
Ability to consistently exceed customer satisfaction standards, pass quality assurance assessments and achieve personal goals.
Ability to work independently as well as in a group and beneath a supervisor.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.. Additionally, onsite employees must pass a drug test and are subject to random drug screening.
Offsite/Remote employees MUST be in the United States.
Onsite and Offite/Remote employees must be available to work a multitude of shifts as our sales department is open from 8am(CST) until 10pm (CST).
As a front facing sales consultant you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a professional, service-oriented image. What has set Jupide apart from other competitors in our area of business has been our unconditional devotion to the customer. Our goal is to grow our business and develop Jupide's brand by creating lasting, loyal relationships with our customers.

Pay-
Onsite sales consultants will be paid hourly plus commission, hourly pay is dependent upon experience. All onsite sales consultant positions are considered to be inside sales.
Offsite (Remote) sales consultants will be paid a flat rate, dependent on experience, plus commissions not to equal less than federally mandated minimum wages. All offsite (remote) sales consultants are considered to be outside sales.
Thanks to our generous commission plan earning potential is largely dependent upon the sales consultant.
