Hello,
My name is Jeff and I would like to offer my services as a staffing facilitator/hiring consultant to hosting companies looking to hire skilled, quality offshore staff at reasonable rates. I work closely with a team in India specializing in supplying technical to hosting companies and they have been doing this for almost 6 years now and have been very successful. There are many reputable hosting companies who use this service and they've been very happy with the results and the impact it has had on their business (I can provide references and testimonials). About me: I have 4+ years experience managing operations of a reputed data center in the USA. Over the course of my career I've recruited and trained several admins and techs, managed quality of support responses, and basically done everything to make sure that our datacenter provides the best possible support to its customers. My work has consistently produced great results which is proven by the excellent word of mouth growth that the datacenter witnessed due to happy customers referring more people. I understand what good support is and what it takes to provide it. Throughout the course of my career I've worked closely with this offshore team in India and have witnessed their excellent ability to find the right type of staff, train them to become exceptionally skilled and manage them well to make sure they're doing the work that the hosting company which hires them expects. They are very flexible and scalable to the specific needs of different hosting companies and have grown considerable over the years to about 100 technicians now. My experiences in (a) managing hosting operations and (b) working closely with the offshore team make me very well qualified to help hosting companies move support offshore in a very smooth manner. Some obvious benefits of outsourcing your support are: - Significantly lower support costs - Diverse skill availability and broad expertise - Ability to scale easily as you have a large resource pool - Ability to hire quickly and replace staff easily - Better protection against employee churn as hiring and training a replacement is easier - Ability to manage and supervise staff better as you have the services of an expert management team available to you with years of experience managing techs to perform work exactly to the expectations of the hosting company that pays for their services. All this without giving up the level of control and flexibility typically associated with "onshore" staffing. You have direct contact with the staff you hire and can work with them in pretty much the same way you would with your own employee. Getting setup with offshore support staffing is something that hosting companies in the US often consider for the various benefits it brings, but the prospect of contacting a company far away in India can be overwhelming at first to a business owner in the U.S. This is the reason I'm offering you my services - I live here in the U.S. and I would be more than happy to talk to you, listen to your requirements and work with my offshore team in India to provide the exact type of staffing you require to fill your business needs. I would be glad to talk to you - you can call me TOLL FREE at 1-800-810-6547 . If you prefer you can email me at dominusconsultingllc@gmail.com If you would like to take a look at the website of the offshore team that I work with, it is: http://www.instacarma.com Thank you for your time and consideration, Jeff |

ok, im looking for 2 types of workers similar to what that other user was:
Positions: support/live help Advertisers/Marketers (1 position) Requirements: Support/Live Help Staff MUST be able to speak english and be online frequently, and have some knowledge of what a hosting company works, and be polite. Advertisers/Marketers MUST also speak english complete tasks ontime and be polite. Pay - you all read this because of pay yh, well pay is how well you work, if your a support/live help and you help someone sign up or answer a ticket you get paid for each of them so its basicly up to you how much you want to be paid. As for advertisers obviously the same goes for you, the more you get to sign up the more pay you get. so its comission based, purely under your motivation, thats why this job is only looking for comitted hard workers. think you got what it takes? contact me via MSN on - jambab13@hotmail.co.uk Thank you and hope to be speaking to you soon. oh i forgot to add, im also looking for a partner to run my hosting company "shakehost" with me so if anything wants to be that partner then let me know. |

I've had some contact, but nothing solid yet (and still most people want someone to relocate ASAP). I don't know if many of the original viewers of this thread were aware I would take less of a salary if needed (I doubt many re-read it or saw my updates). Please consider contacting me if you're interested. Thanks.
