Hello,

I had a livechat operator/company 24/7 but they need 10 more days to setup.

So I need a livechat operator who can handle Level 1, 2, and some 3 issues. They should know good english, but I don't mind anything offshore .

They should be able to administer live-chat 24/7/365.

:.Duties.:
Live Chat - 24/7/365
Simple Sales Issues - basic information about our site, services, etc otherwise directed to submit a ticket.
Support Issues - Level I, II, III (some level III), should know anything Linux related..like a tech.
As said: Linux.
Tech should have good experience with HyperVM/OpenVZ. They should also know Apache, cPanel/WHM, Linux/SSH.

Preferable experiences in nGinX and XEN is a bonus point.

Pay will be discussed. It won't be so much because my company has 0 clients..isn't open (opening tonight late)..Very easy/relaxed..not many requests AT ALL. Heavily low volume . Grin

============

Contact Me:

MSN (Best Way): shikhir@vlexo.org
AIM (Best Way): SaroraHs

E-Mail: shikhiraim@aim.com .. not reccomended.

If you are able to provide 24/7 support, there should be a way I can contact you 24/7 . Thanks .

Hello,

I am Ani , and I hail from India. I work as a Freelance Security Vulnerability Analyst and a Linux System Administrator for the past 3 years.

I would like to take this opportunity to put forward a quote for remote system administration of your CPanel installed Linux servers. A few among the many tasks that I perform are:

• Fine tuning of many WHM options
• Installation, configuration and fine tuning of Apache, Exim, FTP, DNS, mySQL on CPanel+Linux servers
• Installation and configuration of PHP and Perl on the server.
• Installation and configuration of extra PHP modules and plugins like IonCube loader, Zend Optimizer etc
• Installation and configuration of additional WHM plugins like WHMXtra, RVSkin Manager and RVSite Builder etc and much more

If your server is a target of DDOS attacks or Spam attacks (inbound and outbound) or Brute force attacks, and don’t know how to tackle them, then I am the guy you are looking for.

These type of attacks mentioned above can easily cause the server load to rise to such an extend that it goes down. In general, a server once online remains online until there occur a network or hardware failure, or till the sys admin restarts it. If you find yourself submitting reboot tickets with the NOC every other day, then maybe you should harden the server. Here are the things I could help you with:

• Installation, configuration and fine tuning of APF, BDF and CSF to prevent DDOS attacks
• Install and configure PRM to check load spikes and kill unwanted processes automatically
• Configure exim to trace spammers on your server
• Create and install shell scripts that automatically delete unwanted mails from the mail queue every hour
• Configure exim to reject mails from IPs that are listed in common RBLs. This could reduce a lot of incoming spam issues on the server
• Install and configure Apache modules like mod_security, mod_throttle, mod_bandwidth and many more (whichever required) to stop Cross scripting attacks and Remote file inclusion attacks
• Fine tuning of FTP and DNS servers

Has your server been hacked recently?? How did he get in? Is the server still vulnerable? Are you receiving abuse reports originating from your server? Well, I may help you with all these:

• Tweak built-in Linux parameters to increase security
• Search for vulnerable files and directories on the server
• Search for common hacker installed shell scripts
• Search and find suspicious processes and ports open on the server
• Install and run Rootkit hunters like chkrootkit, rkhunter etc to look for compromised binaries

I am able to provide these services for you at a negotiable amount.

In all ways I can assure you that this would be a long term business prospect to help both of us grow. Also, if you have any ticketing system and would like me to support your clients, please let me know.

You can contact me via email ani4support@gmail.com. Please let me know if you are interested in this quote. Just drop me a reply and I we can discuss this in detail.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Bye and take care,
ani4support@gmail.com

Learn how to become a better reseller. Selling affiliate programs can be a very lucrative business. However, just like commission sales or people who are in business for themselves, it takes a certain amount of self-discipline and determination.. I have 7+ years of heavy experience in the server and web hosting market, including managing system security and hack-proofing webservers.

I am looking for full-time or part-time position as a PHP/MySQL Programmer/Unix admin, creating PHP modules and custom code for various software packages, and supporting all Unix/Windows servers, as well as Helpdesk tickets and LiveChat.

I specialize in PHP/MySQL projects including custom CPanel/WHM extensions; I can customize and add new features to Modernbill / Vbulletin / DZOIC HS / Perlbill / PHPManager or create a whole billing system customized to your needs.

What I can do:
- Fix any server problems that you may have
- Create custom scripts such as automatic login to CPanel/Ensim/Plesk/other, all from 1 login form.
- Setup your current/new servers, configure DNS, apache, mysql, control panels, helpdesk, streaming media server, etc.
- Modify and add features to ModernBill, PHPManager, or any PHP/MySQL/perl based program
- Install/upgrade/troubleshoot any (!) Linux/FreeBSD and windows software quickly and efficiently
- Provide remote tech-support via Helpdesk or LiveChat
- Analyze and secure your server/network against DOS attacks/spam/warez bandwidth wasters/hackers
- Optimize http/mysql/cpu/memory load for better performance.
- Emergency solutions and immediate support available
- Automate creation of Google Adwords campaigns for 1000's of products

Tehnologies I work with:
- WHM/CPanel
- PHP/MySQL
- CGI/Perl
- Plesk, Ensim, Alabanza
- Linux Redhat, Slackware, Debian, FreeBSD 4.x/5.x
- Windows 2000/NT/.NET, IIS server

I work quickly and efficiently. I can do single jobs and recurring or monthly contracts.
Priority clients get 24/7 phone/pager/SMS.

Website Cloning:
Does this ever happen to you?
1. I surf on the web.
2. I find this amazing website.
3. "I wish I owned such a website, I could make $$$$..."

Here's where I come in.
I can clone any website, including the programming functionality, and deliver it to you completely working.
You tell me what website you want to "own", and I'll create an exact WORKING clone of that site, with better functionality.

More examples what I can do:
- Create customized scripts that automate billing, server provisioning, client tracking, etc
- Integrate automated VOIP solutions with your server, e.g. dial a phone to reboot your server.
- Data mining solutions, database development, etc

Think up any idea - I can get it done.

Matt

I own several computer review websites: www.AsusReviews.com, www.nVidiaReviews.com, www.GigabyteReviews.com, www.MSIreviews.com , www.AbitReviews.com , www.AlienwareReview.com.

Both asusreviews and nvidiareviews consist of a couple forums with a few members. Currently nVidiaReviews.com gets like 600-1000 uniques a month, while AsusReviews has been getting between 2200 and 3300 per month.

So I’m looking for someone who wants to be a co-owner. The cost of hosting, currently $9.95 via Hostgator and the advertising money would be split up evenly (unless another hosting option is proposed). This person would have to be responsible, honest, hard working and most importantly committed to help me further develop the sites. Both sites run myBB forum software right now. nVidia Reviews only has 10 members with 300 posts, while AsusReviews has about 40 members with 2000+ posts. I have done ZERO paid advertising. My hits come from google, and a few other sites. I need someone with experience both in websites and coding as well as someone with reasonable knowledge in the computer field.

If anyone is interested in becoming a co-owner and administrator of the forums and the website in general, please contact me via MSN messenger. I believe with a little hard work we can turn these sites and possibly others in the future into nice money makers and develop a large community of dedicated members to help the community grow.

Thanks for reading and contact me if interested!
