I am seeking a position in Level 1/2 Tech/Sales Support or Billing person with a web host. I have a total of 6+ years of experience with various aspects of the business, including having owned and operated my own host for several years previously, doing all advertising, billing, account setup and support, so I can get the job done efficiently and with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I have also worked for several other small/medium sized hosts before doing Live Chat and Level 1/2 support, setting up accounts and billing so I can adapt to many environments. I possess excellent customer service skills, and can use various billing/web hosting and help desk software, including WHMCS, ModernBill, WHM, CPanel, Kayako, and more. I have Live Chat experience as well, and can handle any kind of workload. I have a good amount of experience with HTML, webpage design, OsCommerce, and PHP too. I am very flexible with work schedule, though I prefer mornings/afternoons. I'm in the US, Pacific Time zone. English is my first language, and i'm quite proficient in its use. A few things: I have little interest in commission only type jobs or pay by the ticket kind of setups. I strongly prefer a salary type of position, though of course it depends.
