Department Description Implement support and enhance global financial systems to provide system solutions for operation and process improvement of Motorola Finance


Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
1.Work as analyst/programmer for development and improvement of the applications in and around Motorola's global financial systems.
2. Develop and implement system extensions/enhancements to meet business requirements of Motorola Finance.

Specific Knowledge/Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer or Information Systems.
2. At least 2 year experience in developing information systems
3. Experience in Unix and Windows platforms.
4. Experience in Oracle DBMS and programming tools (PL/SQL, Developer 6, Pro*C, Workflow,Customer API,Jdeveloper, etc).
5. Experience in Web-based development tools/languages (ASP, HTML,etc).
6. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process, practice and standards (CMM, CMMI, etc).
7. Experience in Oracle Applications.
8. Experience in Data Warehouse and Reporting systems.
9. Experience in using reporting tools under web environment, especially BRIO
10. Good Command of written and spoken English.
11. Excellent communication, team work, and interpersonal skills. Be capable of working with all levels of people across country and /or organizational boundaries.
12. Knowledge/Experience of accounting processing (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, etc) is preferred
13. Project Management experience is preferred
