Hello everyone,

I decided to take on a business partner and focus on turning a profit from a small web hosting company that I have setup and have up and running on one ded server for the past 4 years. The server is managed by a private management firm and haven't had any issues that couldn't be fixed within minutes since hiring them 3 years ago. I do have a few clients, but they just about pay the bills which is all I wanted them to do so I'd be able to have a place to host my 20+ web sites free with full run on a ded server.

With this Business partner, any "profits" generated will be split 50/50. What is needed mostly from the potential partner is Marketing/getting new customers and splitting time handling support (through help desk/toll free #). I am will to continue to flip the bill for the server, so no investment is needed, just time and basic marketing knowledge.

I am also willing to give 75% of the income to the partner for the first 2 months! The business is setup, has been up and running with its own domain name for over 4 years and has a easy name to remember (yes a plain design for the site). PerlDesk support software is setup along with a toll free # for Sales/Support.

Web Design/SEO knowledge a plus, but Marketing a MUST!
