Product Supply and Customer Service Manager (FMCG)

Job Description

This position directs and controls all activities within the Product Supply function of Greater China, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Oversees manufacturing, quality control, production scheduling, material control, purchasing, engineering and maintenance, warehousing and distribution. Leads the development of annual plans for the businesses in the group. Manages the businesses to achieve fiscal year volume and profit objectives. Develops subordinates to allow them to achieve their full potential. Work location is Hong Kong with frequent travel to China mainland and China Taiwan.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should be a University graduate in Business Administration. With at least 10 years experience in Product Supply in FMCG MNC. Has solid experience in production management, with exposure to logistics and procurement. Fluent in English and Chinese (preferably both Mandarin and Cantonese), in terms of write, read and speak. Demonstrates the Company’s five leadership traits of Integrity, Optimism, Curiosity, Compassion and Humility. Is a team player and has a strong analytical skills.

We currently have one position open for Managing Director - Beijing Area. This position is responsible for managing the Company's office in Beijing, demonstrating a positive leadership behavior which includes directing office activities to meet goals for sales and service including retention, expansion and acquisition of customer relationships and service quality. Ensures branch activities reflect the sales strategies of the Company's role in the market. The key responsibility is to bring in sales individually and also to lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets.

Successful candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years working experience and excellent sales track record. Should be sales oriented with good industry contacts, preferably have worked in MNC or have experience dealing with large companies and/or government board. Possess above average computer skills and proficient in MS Office.   Have a strong spoken and written communication skill in both English & Chinese languages. Has the ability to develop rapport with people at all levels are vital. Willing to travel and possess own car.

Merchandise Manager (Taipei Area)

Major role for this position is to oversee all the garment commercialization functions within the office’s jurisdiction to ensure product is of high quality and produced on-time in order to meet Company’s goals.
