Product Supply and Customer Service Manager (FMCG)
Job Description
This position directs and controls all activities within the Product Supply function of Greater China, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Oversees manufacturing, quality control, production scheduling, material control, purchasing, engineering and maintenance, warehousing and distribution. Leads the development of annual plans for the businesses in the group. Manages the businesses to achieve fiscal year volume and profit objectives. Develops subordinates to allow them to achieve their full potential. Work location is Hong Kong with frequent travel to China mainland and China Taiwan.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should be a University graduate in Business Administration. With at least 10 years experience in Product Supply in FMCG MNC. Has solid experience in production management, with exposure to logistics and procurement. Fluent in English and Chinese (preferably both Mandarin and Cantonese), in terms of write, read and speak. Demonstrates the Company’s five leadership traits of Integrity, Optimism, Curiosity, Compassion and Humility. Is a team player and has a strong analytical skills.
