We currently have one position open for Managing Director - Beijing Area. This position is responsible for managing the Company's office in Beijing, demonstrating a positive leadership behavior which includes directing office activities to meet goals for sales and service including retention, expansion and acquisition of customer relationships and service quality. Ensures branch activities reflect the sales strategies of the Company's role in the market. The key responsibility is to bring in sales individually and also to lead the sales team in achieving the sales targets.
Successful candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years working experience and excellent sales track record. Should be sales oriented with good industry contacts, preferably have worked in MNC or have experience dealing with large companies and/or government board. Intelligent and fast learner, diligent and meticulous, with high energy and proactive, coupled with drive and assertiveness. Possess above average computer skills and proficient in MS Office. Have a strong spoken and written communication skill in both English & Chinese languages. Has the ability to develop rapport with people at all levels are vital. Willing to travel and possess own car.
